Performance marketer · Meta & Google Ads · Lead generation

I run ads that bring in qualified leads, not just clicks.

I work with high-ticket service businesses. I fix the tracking, connect your ads to your CRM, and test creative until the cost of a real lead comes down.

Dubai-based. Working with businesses in the USA, Canada, Europe, the GCC and North Africa.

Sound familiar?

Most ad accounts do not fail because of the ads.

01

Leads are cheap but useless

The platform counts form fills. Sales says half of them never answer the phone.

02

Nobody trusts the numbers

Meta says one thing, Google another, the CRM a third. Decisions become guesses.

03

Creative runs on opinions

New ads launch every week, but nothing is tested with enough budget to learn from.

04

Reports show activity

Clicks and impressions go up. Nobody can say what it did for the business.

Services

Three ways to work together.

Start small with an audit, or go straight to ongoing management. Pricing depends on your account, so I quote after a short review.

1Start here

Tracking & account audit

A fixed-scope review of your ad accounts and measurement.

  • ✓Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and GTM check
  • ✓What counts as a lead, and what should
  • ✓CRM connection and offline conversions
  • ✓Written findings and a prioritised fix list
2Ongoing

Meta & Google Ads management

Monthly management of your Meta and Google Ads campaigns, each connected to your CRM.

  • ✓Campaign structure, audiences, keywords and bidding tests
  • ✓Creative briefs and weekly testing plan
  • ✓CRM audiences for remarketing and exclusions
  • ✓Weekly written report and a monthly call
3Add-on

Funnel & creative strategy

For when ads work but the path behind them leaks.

  • ✓Funnel map from first ad to closed deal
  • ✓Offer and angle research by awareness level
  • ✓Landing page and form recommendations
  • ✓Creative briefs for your designers or editors

For agencies

I also work white-label: tracking audits, Meta and Google Ads setup, and overflow account management, delivered under your brand and to your process. English, French and Arabic.

Meta and Google Ads are my two main channels: Meta creates demand, Google captures it. For online stores I also run TikTok and Snapchat Ads as secondary channels. And online stores have their own page.

Method

Tracking first. Then quality. Then creative.

The same order on every account, because ads cannot learn from data that is wrong.

  1. 1

    Fix what is measured

Check that the account records real events (purchases and qualified leads), not just clicks. Primary and secondary conversions are set on purpose.

  2. 2

    Connect ads to the CRM

Pass the source and click ID into the CRM, then use CRM audiences for remarketing and exclusions. Now you can see which leads become business.

  3. 3

    Test creative with real budget

Fewer ads, each with enough spend to give a clear answer. Angles are planned by how aware the buyer is, not by taste.

  4. 4

    Cut, scale and report plainly

Stop what does not work, scale what does, and write the report in simple words, including what missed its target.

About

Hi, I am Marwen.

Marwen Louhichi, performance marketer

I am a performance marketer with nearly three years in paid media. I am based in Dubai and work in English, French and Arabic.

I started in e-commerce and moved into lead generation for high-ticket services. Today I work on several client accounts at once at a Montreal performance agency, mostly Meta and Google Ads, with the funnel, creative briefs, tracking and reporting.

I like the part of the job that is not glamorous: making sure the numbers are right, so decisions are right. I also say clearly when something did not work.

How I communicate: short written updates every week, a monthly call, and answers within one working day.

Experience

Where I have worked.

  1. Mar 2026 – Present

    Terfuu Marketing

    Performance Marketer, paid media

Montreal agency, remote from Dubai. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Bing for home improvement, insurance, B2B services and e-commerce clients. Found an unauthorised third-party integration behind a conversion decline, rebuilt a home-improvement brand's attribution in GA4 after finding 150+ actions blended into one metric, and ran 8-dimension account audits.

  2. Feb 2025 – Jan 2026

    NDH Financial

    Marketing Manager

Dubai, UK financial services. Owned marketing strategy across Google, Meta and TikTok with hands-on Google Ads under FCA rules. Cut Google PPC cost per acquisition by 85% (£500 to £74.38) and fixed a $33,544 CRM revenue duplication that was corrupting Smart Bidding.

  3. May 2024 – Mar 2025

    Freelance, Amazon USA brand

    Performance Marketing Consultant

Remote. Raised conversions by 32% with Meta dynamic product ad retargeting, cut cost per acquisition by 24% and advised on product storytelling, with an 18% improvement in click-through rate.

  4. Jan 2024 – 2025

    Zerda Digital

    Media Buyer and Performance Marketer

Tunis, full-service agency. Meta and Google Ads for e-commerce, automotive, real estate and education. Reached 4.2x ROAS and 3.8% CTR for an online retailer, and generated qualified B2B leads for a real-estate portal with Performance Max.

Why work with me

What you get that is not in the ad account.

I check the numbers first

Finding a $33,544 CRM duplication and a 150-action conversion blend are examples of what I look for before touching the ads.

I tie ads to real leads

Ad source and click IDs go into your CRM, so reports show which leads became business, not only how many forms were sent.

I report misses as clearly as wins

Every case study here says what did not reach its target. You will get the same in your reports.

I work in your language and hours

English, French and Arabic, from Dubai, with calls that fit Europe, the GCC and North Africa, and evening calls for North America.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

What monthly ad budget do you work with?+

The work makes most sense from about $3,000 a month in ad spend. Below that, there is usually not enough data to test properly. The audit is a good first step for smaller budgets.

How fast will I see results?+

Tracking fixes show up in the data within days. Cost per lead usually moves over the first 4 to 8 weeks as tests finish. I will not promise a number before I see your account.

Can you take over an account that is already running?+

Yes. The audit is built for that. I check what is wrong before changing anything, and I keep what already works.

Do you also make the creative?+

I write the briefs, hooks and scripts, and I plan the tests. For editing and design, I can work with your team or mine.

Which time zones do you cover?+

I am in Dubai (UTC+4). Europe, the GCC and North Africa overlap easily. For the USA and Canada, calls happen in my afternoon and evening, which is your morning.

Have you worked in healthcare?+

Not directly. I have worked on high-ticket lead generation where lead quality and follow-up matter. For health advertising I check each platform's policy before launch.

How is this different from an agency?+

You work with one person who looks at your account every week. For larger projects I can bring in editors or designers. Agencies can also hire me white-label, under their own brand.
